This is the large Christofle silver plated round serving tray in the Malmaison pattern.
Malmaison is one of Christofle's most historic patterns (in the Empire Style ), it is simple with a delicate boarder trim of Palm and lotus leaves. The name comes from the Chateau de la Malmaison, the Parisian residence of Napoleon Bonaparte and Empress Josephine.
